Cottage Grove Business Park
About
About Cottage Grove Business Park
A Business Park With a Bigger Purpose.
Cottage Grove Business Park brings together independent businesses, professionals, and organizations in a setting that feels established, approachable, and connected to Bloomfield.
The businesses here serve different needs and different audiences, but together they create something more useful than a collection of offices. Cottage Grove is a place where businesses can build their own identity while sharing in a larger sense of place and community.
The name itself reflects that idea. Like a grove, Cottage Grove is made up of individual parts, each contributing something of its own while growing together in one shared environment.
What Guides Us
The Values Behind the Place.
Cottage Grove is shaped by three simple ideas that influence how the business park connects with its tenants, visitors, and surrounding community.
Understanding
Recognizing that every business and every person who visits Cottage Grove has different needs, goals, and experiences.
Awareness
Staying connected to the businesses within the park and to the community beyond it.
Creativity
Making room for each business to bring its own ideas, personality, and perspective to the space.
The Values Behind the Place.
These values come directly from the Cottage Grove brand foundation of Understanding + Awareness + Creativity = Belonging.
